KET’s Workplace Essential Skills online course in Soft Skills allows learners to increase their abilities in the areas of communication, collaboration and critical Thinking. Topics covered include teamwork, timely communication, customer service, problem solving, and other skill areas that will benefit workers across industry sectors, giving them the capacity to improve and grow in their chosen professions.
